Used to apply silicone oil to turbidimeter sample cells. Apply
a small bead of silicone oil from the top to the bottom of
the cell. Use this cloth to spread oil uniformly. Wipe off excess
so that only a thin coat of oil is left. Make sure sample
cell is almso dry with little or no visible oil.
